Especially, the world’s first trial, ‘Real Costume Play’ in MMORPG is well rated by Koreans and Japanese. Also 1:1 party system, ‘Soulmate System’ has very unique characteristics of Asda Story and lots of people are very interested in that.

Drift City

Drift City, now owned by Games Campus is a Cell Shaded Online racing game combined with RPG elements. Its unique play style gives it variety while still maintaining the racing game aspect. Drift City is also known as Skid Rush in Korea. The game offers a lot of unique content, some of which are: Leveling up your character, customizing vehicles, racing with other players, doing missions, and doing quests, a delivery service, instances and much more.

Drift City, unlike most MMO racing games, has a story. You are in the future and you have no oil. You magically find a new island with this amazing resource on it. It’s called… Mittron!  This new resource powers every mode of transportation. You try it out in a car and it you realize, that its pure steroids for your car. Your car is running faster, cleaner and longer! The world leaders are taking advantage of this resource and decide to start importing it.

The graphics are amazing. They are very different from the best selling racing games like Gran Turismo or Need for speed. They have more of a cartoon feel to them rather than a realistic feel. You can easily run Drift City on almost any computer. The only complaint for graphics I might have is the time change in the game. It goes from day to night in nothing.

The gameplay is easy to get use to. There is a lot of ways to earn Mittron (the currency in Drift City) and XP which insures that you will always have something to do. When I started this game, I thought it be a “Do as many races as you can in a day” kind of game but I was proven wrong. You can drive around in the city getting quests from different stations. You also get hired as a Delivery Person early in the game. Each delivery you make gives you XP and Mittron. Some deliveries are actually very challenging. You have a time limit and sometimes even a crash limit. If you crash more than a certain number of times, you fail the mission.

Drift City has a decent RPG side to it. It is more of a single player mode but still very enjoyable. There is a huge world outside of the tiny battle dome you start in. The world has traffic, street lights and even some places you can access. Around the city there are 4 stations. Each one has different missions and objectives you have to complete. Some are a breeze while some are extremely difficult to get a gold medal on.

In conclusion, Drift City is an awesome game if you like an easy to play game. If you are looking for an extremely competitive game, Drift City is not for you. Its unique RPG elements give it a different feel from normal Racing Games. The graphics are not super realistic and detailed but are fun and appealing. If you are looking to kill some time and relax, Drift City is the perfect game for you.

Fallen Earth

Fallen Earth is a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game set on a post-apocalyptic Earth in the year 2154. Within the Grand Canyon Province, an isolated pocket of settlements around one of the world’s most amazing landmarks, you’ll face threats to mankind’s continued survival, from irradiated zones to mutated beasts to raiders. Six factions struggle for dominance in the province. Over time, you’ll have the chance to pick a side in the effort to hold sway over what remains of the post-Fall world.

Background

The enemy that brought about the Fall didn’t wear a uniform. It didn’t speak of jihads or crusades. It didn’t rally extremists to the cause.

Immune to metal detectors, oblivious to terror status rankings, Shiva moved without sound and without fury.

The microscopic virus originated in southern Asia, somewhere between India and Pakistan. It manifested first as a deadly flu epidemic, but how it came about isn’t entirely clear. Was it just a quirk of biology? A secret government project gone awry? A purposefully targeted biological weapon? No one ever found out for sure, and with the heightened tensions of the region, few wasted time looking for an answer.

Pakistani radicals almost immediately assumed it was a weaponized virus unleashed by India and retaliated with a nuclear bomb that sparked a devastating exchange between both countries that left hundreds of thousands dead within just a few hours.

Neither fire nor radiation brought humanity low, however. The blasts flung irradiated dust laced with the Shiva virus into the atmosphere, where it mutated into a new and more potent form.

Shiva 2 descended on Asia, spreading rapidly and sparking further nuclear exchanges between ancient enemies. As chaos overwhelmed the world, major cities in Europe and North America, including cities in the United States, fell prey to similar attacks. Civilization collapsed within a few weeks, leaving only a handful of sheltered areas habitable.

The Shiva virus mutated again and again, and stymied scientists who struggled to find a cure. Eventually, the virus reached its final incarnation: Shiva 7. Although it exhibited symptoms similar to those of its predecessors, Shiva 7 was non-lethal. Once the illness ran its course, the virus fell dormant within its host. But by the time Shiva 7 became the dominant strain of the virus, more than 90 percent of the world’s population was gone. Nearly all of the survivors were infected with Shiva 7, but its effects seemed minimal for decades.

In subsequent generations, however, hidden effects of Shiva 7 became apparent. The virus caused mutations – some benign, some malignant, and some…quite strange, giving a few people the ability to manipulate the world around them. The virus had altered the fundamental genetic makeup of humanity.

Now, in the year 2154, you find yourself in the Grand Canyon Province, isolated from the rest of the fallen world. Hoover Dam, the last bastion of civilization in the region, has fallen to the Children of the Apocalypse and their allies after decades of conflict. The Enforcers and Techs, once servants of the reviled ruler of Hoover Dam, Alec Masters, now search for a new place in the world. In one of the last habitable regions on earth, humanity struggles to hold on to the last scraps of the old world. The savage Children of the Apocalypse, the wily Travelers, the militaristic Enforcers, the technology-friendly Techs, the nature-loving Vistas, and the mystical and altruistic Lightbearers all struggle for dominance.

They’ll become your allies or enemies as you explore, share the adventure, and shape the future of Fallen Earth™.

Path to Pelantas

Path to Pelantas is a unique addition to the world of online games. Combining elements from sports management and role playing games, this game is the only one of its kind. The setting is a medieval fantasy world, where you undertake the command of a homestead as an aspiring lord.

With the task as ruler of your homestead comes the responsibility of managing a party of heroes all willing to fight under your banner. You appoint these heroes for weekly arena battles against other lords and you send them into the wilderness to complete dangerous quests and fight vicious monsters.

The game is played using only the internet and a browser. The game is text-based and is played real time, meaning that most events take place on a regular weekly scheduled basis. Thus battles are always fought on Saturday and quests are always resolved on Mondays. There is a possibility for new events to happen any time though, so there are plenty of reasons to log in every day.

The game is not time consuming at all and this is why it is such a great alternative to other MMORPGs. Many gamers will find a few logins every week sufficient while others will probably log in several times a day.
