Why is he interfering with other countries' affairs you ask? ;o Well because when his approval rating got flushed down the toilet, he went to foreign countries to search for it! ;D NyUkNyUkNyUk!

There is a difference between "sticking your nose in other countries business" and speaking up against an act you regard as wrong. I'm not versed well enough in the Russia/Georgia thing to judge it myself, but I see nothing wrong with merely speaking out against something you see as wrong. And, indeed, if it is wrong, then it is the responsibility of the president to act in the best interests of the US in regards to it.
Whether or not Bush is right is another question, but belittling him simply because he says "that is wrong and I'll not sanction it" is completely immature.

Georgia is an ally of the 'states, why the hell wouldn't we do something about it? Obviously a[nother] war [for the US] is the last thing everyone wants, and it's far from a possibility in this situation, but when a US-armed and trained ally gets into a sticky situation then there's bound to be a bit of a fluster back here.
This is not a case of the US playing "world police", much as it seems to the naked eye.

he is the same exact copy of hugo chavez frias, the president of my country, except he is the "blue capitalism" version, while chavez it's the "red socialist" one, just look at how much chavez pokes his nose around latin american countries and other worldwide nations too, you'll be amazed
