Exactly. He's probably a sin
. Rangers and Mesmers require more skill than any other class imo. Interrupting takes a good amount of skill. You don't want to interrupt just any skill. You have to analyze the build, figure out what skill(s) actually make the build work, and then you have to try and interrupt it, which is not an easy thing.
