Here an exercise for a lazy ***. look for a straight area try to find a distance of roughly 100m dash as fast as you can, do 20 frog jumps, jump back at a quick pace repeat 3 times then rest for 1 minute. do 5x3 ( 5 sets of 3) do every other day, not everyday or you might stress your body. make sure to eat healthy aswell, less meat and try chicken/fish. less carbs aswell. |

Eat healthily and routinely.
Excercise healthily (not to the point where your muscles are headbutting themselves off your body) and routinely. After a while, increase the intensity of your excercises. For example. 0-2 weeks, jog 20mins on a seemingly flat surface for, 4-5 days of the week. 2-4 weeks jog 30-40mins ^ It really depends what you can handle. From what you've said, it seems you'd be able to do 20min jog piss easy, so maybe increase it. Just don't push yourself, or you'll feel horrible. Stay away from fast foods, crisps (chips or w/e you call them there), excess salt, saturated fats. I don't advise taking weight loss drugs at all. |

When i was 12-13 is was a really really (REALLY) Fat kid. If your in that age group it could just be normal because your body needs that fat so when u grow taller u stretch out =D
Anyway dont sweat it. I weigh 120 and im 5'10 OHHH wait i started taking ADD medications around that age and that constricts your stomach. (which means you wont eat as much)

Example, I have a friend who's a rugby player. Very big, strong guy. He's 6,3 and weighs around 16st 2lb. Now, by those figures his BMI would tell him he was overweight - Again, another flawed system. When someone tells you their weight and/or BMI, it doesn't take into account body fat % and muscle. Though my friend's BMI indicates he's overweight, his body fat % tells him he is at a very top physical condition. Anyway, shouldn't really judge yourself on weight, as you said; you do weights. At your martial arts centre there should be people there who are able to measure your body fat % which will tell you if you're healthy or not. |
