Default Losing weight?

What is a way to lose weight specifically off your thighs and lower stomache?
Sure, doing chin ups, sit ups, ab curls and all that junk is helpful, but i need to lose a significant amount of weight within a month.

Advice?

Walking fat *** do it.Other than that you can sign up for a local martial arts class.

I run, I do ALOT of excercises, I lift weights and I've been to karate for 6 years or so.

My arms and calves are normal. I have pecs, but I can't seem to lose weight off those two sections.

Key to loseing wieght is speed and consistency. all your work outs add more speed to them and sweat to a breaking point.
