Yes, yes he was.
Also Spore is neither free or a RPG. And in answer to your question i would personnaly rather have Fabal 2 and GoW2 in my 360 (not at the same time

). So yeah i can live without spore.
EDIT: Dead Space also looks amazingly scary so up for playing that.

im sure this is like the 5th thread like this lately lol

but yeah anyway im really hyped for this, been waiting since i first heard about it. gunna get it the moment it hits the shelves at my local store and dedicate a large amount of my time to creating and destroying large parts of the games universe.

coulda swore it was out already, seems like a lame game though, maybe im just missunderstanding the concept of the gameplay...

heres what i conclude:
you create monsters/animals/creatures
you put them on a planet
its not multiplayer
you cant control the creatures
you watch them eat grass

cool?
