Eh that's probably inaccurate by the fact that it doesn't even state which stroke.

For example, the butterfly stroke is A LOT more vigorous than, for example, backstroke.

EDIT: And yes, I'm sure that when he's training he does a lot more than simply swim, such as weight training.
