I'm wondering...these things are supposed to provide energy by pumping fluids directly into your veins, but do they actually stop you from feeling hungry?
If anyone has been admitted into a hospital before and been put on a drip, please kindly answer. =p

What are you supposed to do with it then? When I was around 6 I was on an IV for about 5 days and they just pulled the needle out. I didn't even feel anything. Actually, the part that hurt was taking the gauze tape off. Maybe mine was different?
