Yes thats right i've brung it back with a few changes, note that if it dies this time no one has to worry about me bringing it back. Onto the RP

No one really know's why it happened or who let off the first bomb but everyone all knew that after that first initial bomb was sent off everyone other country did the same, let loose every nuclear bomb that they had. The result of this inccedent probably will go down in history as the fastest but most deadly war the world has ever seen or will for that matter. Just a mere two hours after all the country's let off there bombs they soon hit whatever target they were went to hit causing unimageble or umparralled destruction the world had seen to to this very date. In what seemed like nothing but a few minutes nearly everything and everyone was simply gone in the blink of a eye like they never existed.

Year 2030

Only 23 years later the human race was just starting to regroup and repopulate, the numbers dwindling to only 5 million of the former 4 billion. But without the aid of all the technology advancements we had 23 years ago the human race now lives in a technology deprived state. No machines,no weapons besides crudely made weapons made of any spare matal that could be found. There is no way to inforce law therefor there is next to no law in this new world, causing "certain" individuals to take it apon themselfs to take care of what towns or villages there are now to make a "better" place to live. Much chaos has been caused due to the horrible conditions people live in under these tyrants that control the new world, but as if that wasn't bad enough in itsself the toxic fumes and chemicals that were given off during "The War" as it is reffered to now days, it has changed the DNA of certain indviduals and sometimes even altering new born baby DNA. This mutation has caused those people to gain unnatural or inhuman power. These people are called the Alter users. All people fear and hate these Atler users since the ones that are currently in control of the "New World" are Alter users and killed and forced there way to the positions there in now. There power has caused what was origialy a good plan turn into a corrupt and twisted power struggle between the North ruler and the East ruler. But there is a chance, no more of a hope that out in this wasteland called Earth therer are Alter users who still wish to follow the orginal plan of fixes the damages done to our planet 23 years ago and put it back to its origianl glory.

Towns/Cities

Alter-The first and biggest citie that sprung up shortly after "The War" covering nearly half of the planet. The current Ruler of this place is called no other Then East. East is the most hated of all and feared Alter users out there due to his pure crueltality towards anyone agaist him especially fellow Alter users who even back talk his authority.

Par-The second largest cities covering nearly the other half of the plant which is ruled by North. But the difference about this cities is that a normal human rules over it. Due to this it is a very hard place to live in since it is constanly under attack by various Alter users wishing to gain control over it and claim a piece of the "New World"

Cita-not really much of anything but a small town hidden away in the darkest and most desolant place left on this plantet. Know one really knows who rules over it but the people that do live here human or Alter users do share one thing in commmen and that is to rid the Earth of the corrupt rulers and return it to what it was before it became a wasteland.
