no Anyways, I think it's boring compared to most MMO's. like mofo said, the combat is insanely slow. The only thing that I found interesting was the PvP. But I don't know if that'll save the game or not. |

We'll see tomorrow @ fighting too slow.
But I'm really not that sure if PvP only is the key for a successful game nowadays. I dare to say there are tons of games with good - awesome pvp, but how many of those games have an equally good PvE part?I'm sure that what the majority of mmoRPG gamers misses is a good mix between PvE/PvP. The PvP isn't that great in WoW, however, I think that WoW only became successful because of it addicting and good PvE. |

PvE = gaming against a computer, PvP = gaming against a person. i hate playing online games that look like offline games, just with a pack of fuktards around me annoying the crap out of me becouse they want loot/xp/whatever. im a 100% PvP-dedicated player, and PvP content is the only thing that i care about. I have played several mmorpgs with awful gfx, pathetic animations and lame PvE content, just for an above average PvP. thast why WAR is the game for me. but i know that my gaming style is far from being the most requested. WAR will never be as successful as WoW, becouse for every PvP hardcore player, there are 10 PvE hardcore players.thats a fact, world is full of carebears who hate being destroyed by others with worse gear, out of pure skill. but i dont care,i dont want WAR to get 14 million subs just to go to forums and rub the magic number in everybody's face.i wouldnt get a boner doing that. so guess WAR will get a decent launch, and will peak @ a stable 2-3 million players. enought to have the war always going on.thats all i care.

yeah, sure. For me the player count doesn't matter either, as long as the server/s I'm playing on are usually full/crowded. And I agree that for every PvP player there are 10 PvE f.....maggots! That is one reason GW never became as successful as WoW. And this will be the very same reason why WAR won't harm WoW too much, unless they have some really badass PvE, as well.
However there's one difference between WAR and GW and that is that WAR reminds the noobs of WoW with PvE. And that'll make them some subscribers richer. We can't say anything at the moment anyway. Time will tell. |

GW PVE was a joke, thats why PVE players hate it. WAR has great PVE and PVP, so should appeal to all MMO players and do great. |

I didn't find GW PvE a joke at all i liked the story, and the fact you need to think about what classes you bring with you because there are no Pots. GW PvP is amazing and WAR looks like a good game for i pre-ordered the collectors edition so if the game is released in the 18th of september when is open beta?

GW had some amazing PvE. Instanced or not, GW's story was epic beyond words. Also, I found very little PvE content in WAR. So I really have no clue what you're talking about. When you say PvE players hate it, please talk for yourself. |
