As a kid I use to watch DBZ and it was crap I didnt know any better I am sorry but I stopped watching anime till I was about 14 when I saw the second episode of bleach randomly on Cartoon network and I was like holy crpa I love this and this song only made me like it more

What made me like anime is going to school every day and getting beat up and made fun of because I liked it. That was soooo fun xD!!

OT: Dragon Ball Z did it for me, as well. Eventually, I started watching other animes on the Toonami afternoon line-up and it went from there.

I liked anime becuase my friend who would visit his relatives in japan every now and then used to bring back anime in the late eighties and I would always watch a couple of the ones he would bring back....
