hospitalize

Ok, so I've succeeded to get through the registration, download, launching the game. But the problem begins when I'm in the game and it makes me play the training mode at the start at the game. One second into the training mode and I disconnect. The game closes and I get this pop-up telling me that I've errored.

Is anyone experiencing same problem?
Is there an answer to this problem?
