Rune Scape is a free browser based MMo its good for people really just starting out with mmo's.
Editing weapons and clothing hhhmmm I don't reallllly know one if your computer is good enough you can try Darkfall when it comes out(EPIC game).
FlyFF is a pretty good one there is a cash shop which you caan like buy costumes and stuff.
