I'm defending Mabinogi for all the false assumptions made on it for being so 100% cash shop dependent, as well as all the other things people think they know about it.

I see.
But don't you think it IS cash shop dependent?
I mean I too like to defend mab against people who don't know enough to talk, but I also have to admit you NEED to pay at one point.
Paying is required, but I'm saying that that amount it's very little, and very affordable.

Yeah, maybe like 1-2 rebirths every half a year or so will get you through. But I've also heard about people who actually -do- play without ever doing it once in other versions of mabi and they get by just fine.

But yeah, popping in like $8 for a rebirth or whatever it is every few months if you're actively playing in that time can help.

Theres even downsides to rebirthing that not many people know about but I don't care to explain it again @_@.

I've heard that there ARE downsides, but never was told what those downsides were.
I think you should care to explain. =)

Ive played his game longer than anyone i can think of in this section that still bothers to come to this trash hole of the internet.

The downsides to rebirthing are much lower than the upsides.

The only downsides are you lose the stats you gained from aging (big deal?)
You lose the stats you got from eating food (not a big deal)
You will start a little less powerful

The upsides are way greater that the downsides you hear from people who wont pay for a game.
