LOL!

when you level you get less exp from monsters. Like in everquest 1. Like in the start of the game, those little digimon i think gave you like 100 exp or something? now they give you 1 exp. make a new acc, they'll give you 100 exp again.

You should get more exp the more you kill a certain mob. Like in WAR how you get a bonus for killing 25 of the same mob and stuff.

Here, GM9000 changed the rates to x4

a couple of days ago the server crashed, and they thought it was because of the rates being to high thats why they lowered it.

x3 rates

x6 rates
*even though it was just a 10 minute test to see if the server would crash again*

Then he put it on 4x, for the remainder of the day.

Yes they do change it on a whim.

ok, hopefully that will clear things up a bit -.-''
