What they mean by buy low sell high is to buy something you know the avg price is 5k but you buy it for 2k. Sometime you can get a good deal and make a huge amount of money out of a mispriced item someone sold. While other time, youll have to wait for a good deal. Its not an exact science...You must work with it.
