I wanted to be 2H swords but they seem 2 slow, and idk if there stronger then a 1h with shield..
And everyone seems 2 be archers, are they over powered or something? I'm having trouble picking a class, haven't tried the mage yet. |

Mages... i have never played this class in any mmorpg (except a red mage in FFXI) Warrior... most common choice in a mmorpg... if you want to be a blades then you lose SP every time you attack but they are incredibly fast... if you want to be a warlord then you can continue on with spear/two hands Knights... If like being able to take a load of hits and do horrible damage this is for you. you have to use sword and shield or you are screwed. Explorers... this game in particlular does have alot, i don't think they are over powered, just people like them. shoot people from afar and use less hp/sp pots... you can set up traps later on. I am a warrior using 2 hands and yeah it is pretty slow but you get good skills to use and you do more damage... most warriors (that i've seen) tend to you spears though. |

Mages start off very slow. I got annoyed at level 5.
I then tried an explorer. I was doing fast attacks, great damage with my skills. Its basically if you wanna kill fast and not be touched this is for you. I then tried warrior. Using a 2 hand sword. I was killing faster than explorer but when I used up my SP my regular attacks were slow but were damaging. I Didn't try knight. Basically here it goes. Explorer has fast weak attacks but they critical alot. The skills look cool but you will be moving around alot not trying to get hit. Warriors have nice weapons and hit for alot. Though being slow. They don't crit and they do get hit alot so pots are nice. Go with warrior. |

I dunno what class I want to be, either.
I made a water mage, but my only offensive spell, Bubble Bubble, has like, a 5 second long recast time and the damage isn't all that great. I was thinking of trying an Earth Mage, K.Warrior or Bow Explorer. Which one do you guys think I should be? Also, does Earth Magic have the same casting delay as Water Magic?

Once Latale opens completely I think I'll end up making a guardian (knuckle knight) and a water mage (offensive/defensive water)
And @Soren: Fire and Earth are powerful, but slow. Water and Wind are fast, but weakish. If you're compairing earth to water, water will feel much faster than earth. The starting spells aren't the "BOOM instant" type spells most people are used to either. I'm actually glad, Blowing a bubble for the first water skill ftw
