Crowd fights, better to run if your on your lonesome. But for general notice, the power from a punch comes from the tricep, bulging biceps will tug your arm back making punches weaker. Biceps are for headlocks~

actualy haveing biceps can work both ways,bicep help hooking and uppercutting,tricep is for jab but if you know boxing they teach you to bring your punch back faster then you brought it out witch takes bicep aswell. realy best way for fighting is quik wieght lifting n training your body through punishment to harden your bones and make them bigger.that way youll be solid with not much fat.

Ah you see, I had a streight punch in mind. Back hands and stright punches are my faveroute fist based moves. I was taught both of them using the hip primaraly to launch, and partially to pull it back.
But you do need to go though the general training and punishment, its a good idea to get a sparing partner you can trust, and/ or join a martial art dojo. Muay thai is a good one for that~

i meant 4.9(from 3 years ago, sure its faster now) in the 40 yard dash, i know i would be bookin it even if its 1 guy. hince if its 7 people chasing me + life threatening + adrenaline ,id be running atleast a 3.9 in that 40 yard dash, plus also run Cross Country, so im sure i have endurance to keep that 3.9 for a very long time. most girls i talk to dont like guys fighting anyway, so its a plus anyway. Whenever im at redneck parties and theres hint of fights happening, i load lady/ladies/friends up and roll out, Never been in fight, never plan on it. its just idiotic to fight.

and being a runner, im sure weight lifting will help me. when you bench 110, but leg press 250(and any leg execise over 190), without ever lifting weights, im sure you need some lifting if you get in a fight, atleast some strength, as you cna see i have no upper body strength, and doubt ill be kangaroo kicking there ***. Any strength i have comes from running, so im not in shape for fights..

He fell while fighting a fat dude.. big mistake. They all should have jumped him for continuing to beat on him while he was down...

it was a very organized fight, they kinda plan for the fight to go that far,he did go little over board according to there rules but not quite. the video isnt in that good quality theres beter quality he was out befor he hit the ground.he got caught while swinging.u shouldnt feal to sorry for that guy he claims he stabbed someone in the neck and thinks its cool.

wow......... before this the most brutal fight i ever saw was at my school when a 12th grader slammed a 9th grader's head into the Brick wall...........
