actualy haveing biceps can work both ways,bicep help hooking and uppercutting,tricep is for jab but if you know boxing they teach you to bring your punch back faster then you brought it out witch takes bicep aswell. realy best way for fighting is quik wieght lifting n training your body through punishment to harden your bones and make them bigger.that way youll be solid with not much fat.

it was a very organized fight, they kinda plan for the fight to go that far,he did go little over board according to there rules but not quite. the video isnt in that good quality theres beter quality he was out befor he hit the ground.he got caught while swinging.u shouldnt feal to sorry for that guy he claims he stabbed someone in the neck and thinks its cool.
