Ragnarok~!~!~ Ive never had any other music playing while on Ragnarok, the music never gets annoying and gawd some of it just makes the game even better....Amatsu dungeon is awesome.
FFXI~love the music on there also, its great. and of course GE/SOTNW~felt the same way when playing this as when I play RO.

Not exactly "soundtrack" as a whole, but of all the F2P I've tried, Cabal was the one that actually had some "wow" background tunes. Note that I only stayed until lvl 86, so I don't know all of them --- my favorites were the one from Bloody Ice and that lvl 60+ map with the auto cannon thingies around the town.
