yah, AION has gone way too long... since its The Tower of "ETERNITY"... seems the release date really is an eternity to wait... lol...

2 questions that came to my attention:

hmm....20% done...i don't think the game will be done in the next 2 years...lol
and the claim that the game will have more combat than a console combat game....thats a lie. No computer will be able to handle this much amount of animation.

and yes its a bump, but i was bored and i decided to read about this game.

Aion will come out Q2-3 of 2009. For now.

I think Aion will probably come out next year around summer for rest of the world.
Korea is in its open beta stage, so in around 2 months or so it will probably go P2P.
And the time it takes for foreign games to come out in other countries usually takes around a year for MMO considering the game is a success in local country.

They will probably make announcement about Aion after they see how it goes in Korea first.

Edit : Actually I read before from NCsoft interview that they are working on English version along with Korean version and they are trying to release the game as close as possible with Korean version so it may be sooner than you think, considering their next big game, Blade and Soul, will be close to release at around end of 2010.
