I have KSSN and stuff, but I live in the U.S., so I try to login in korean homepage but the link just won't transfer... if it's like a foreign ip ban or soemthing can anyone help me out on that?

There's no IP ban, give it time, maybe the site is down, or maybe it's on your end.
