Well besides what WiseGuy said you can do another thing which is $$$$, yep pay them for it. Also! At some Game Expos they have things for this, one was Penny Arcade 2 years ago people would tell them their ideas at which point the ideas could be used freely in games, while this sounds like a loss in your things, they sometimes choose some of these people to assist in a future game. And if they didn't choose then chances are your idea was nothing great.
