hmm, specific games?
i could list a few that could be semi easily accomplished:
poker
blackjack (alot of card games, you get the idea..)
some form of dice rolling game
maybe you could even go as far as making a small chess game, this would not require networking but you could, in the future always add a feature to play with a friend online with all of these games.
