Depends on the country.
If you are from Japan, you need to sign up for a Konami ID to get the Beta code.
If you are from Europe, you can immediately download the game from the store without any necessary codes.
If you are from US/Canada, you require to either pre-order the game or get the Metal Saga Vol.2 DVD to get the code. However, they introduced a site for US/Canada in which you can complete a form, and get the beta code. The site is here:
