So if they start at the same time, 17 hours 20 mins will be around 1 pm here then.

This is for the US and Oceanic servers (AFAIK). The EU servers have their own testing and no announcement has been made when it starts (AFAIK).

Luckily for me, it's roughly 7 am here when OB starts.

Hopefully they'll let us patch tonight.
