Okay so I've been a little confused about the 100k skill reset thing.

When you pay the 100k does it reset ALL skills and give ALL SP back or only 1 of each?

Also can someone please state the terms of the free skill reset at lvl 80?

You reset all your skills with the 100k one. That means you'll have to pay to activate them again, too. I ended up paying 200k to buy one and activate the skills.

I'm not sure with the free one, but it's probably does the same thing. Before you change into your 2nd job, go to whoever give the free reset and they'll reset it.
