As the tags say I don't want to make this a political debate. I have just been wondering a few things that I was hoping those who are pro McCain could answer. As we know Bush has one of the lowest approval ratings of all time roughly 28% which is just 6% higher then Truman's and Nixons wost. We also know that McCain has voted the same way Bush has 90% of the time. So with just this to base a vote on, why do you vote for McCain is you are part of the 72% that doesn't approve of Bush.
As well I was wondering if you believe McCain to really be a Maverick, when you look at how he votes it shows that while he does from time to time go over to the Democrat to get things done, he still simply votes Republican.

I would like a 3 part answer, first how old you are (this matters because those that are 12-16 don't really know the whole Bush era) As well if you do approve of Bush.
Second how you would vote SIMPLY based on this information.
Last, what made you decide to vote for McCain if you said Obama or undecided for the second part.

PLEASE NO COMMENTING/QUESTION ON ANOTHER PERSONS VIEW. I am trying to understand it a bit, something that doesn't make any since.

Bit odd to start a political thread with a request of no politics.

Anyway, I too want to see why anyone would vote for a party that has nothing more going for it, besides eight years of lies, failure, death, uncertainty, and the biggest deficit the country has ever seen.

Bush is the president, he doesn't vote in congress. McCain has voted with his party (most of the time), as pretty much all politicians do.

Obama doesn't. I mean he's only voted for bills like twice...

I'm not much of an Obama supporter but I had to make the tag in my sig to draw attention to myself and well i'm more of an obama supporter than McLame.

When I say no politics, I don't want this to go into a complete brawl comparing one certain case like taxes or gun laws. I was just interested in those who are pro McCain but against Bush why they vote for McCain when this appears to be a relevant piece of information. So I am kind of singling onto one thing and want to keep it at that and wanted the 3 part answer.
