Is War going to be a graphics hog like AoC?

Nah, not really, I load it up just fine, AoC kinda lagged for me, no lag when I played WAR though. Unless you count the servers PvE lag of course ^^.

If by graphics you mean "System Resources Hog", then it is to some extent, but not as bad as AOC by a longshot.
