When you made your account, did you make sure to register a sub-account for Exteel? If you didn't, then log in and click "PlayNC Store" and scroll all the way down to Exteel. Click the bar with Exteel's name, and then click "Get Now". You will be required to make a sub-account.
That will be the account you log in with.
