Ok so...

I decided that im gonna buy diablo 2.

I went to my local bestbuy store and i noticed there was a diablo 2, and a diablo 2 battle chest.

Now: The diablo 2 battle chest is like 30-40$, And Diablo 2 is only 20$

Battle chest includes: Diablo 2 + expansion + 2 guides..

I dont know if i should get the battle chest... Because i dont really need the guides...

So, im thinking about buying Diablo 2 and the Expansion (Diablo 2 has only 1 expansion right? [lord of destruction])

I dont know the expansion's price but im gonna check soon.. So What do you guys think?

Should i get the Battle chest, or the diablo 2 and get the expansion later?

I'd just buy the battle chest if I was you and if you really don't want the guides (which they could possibly help a little) then sell them or something.

I dont wanna push you away from D2, but why not wait for Diablo 3? And if your still on D2, get the expansion. If you can find the expansion and the original for less than the battle chest do that. But if you can't get the chest cause those guides could end up helping you.

I would've suggested to wait for D3 also but it won't be out for a while. And I didn't know if he had played Diablo before so it could be like a warm-up to D3 and get into the story and all that crap.

Just buy D2 and the expansion.

That'd probably cost as much as the battle chest.

Check prices dude and if its cheaper for D2 and Exp and you really don't want the guides then pass on the BC, but I just think it would just be easier to buy it.

Up to you though. That is just my opinion.

Just get D2 and the expansion for as cheap as you can, whether they be separate or in the battle chest.

Yes, I've heard good things about diablo 3.

I just wanna play diablo 2 to see how the game REALLY is like...

Im still not shure if i get the D2EP or the D2+E

Yea dude at target it says D2 is $20 and so is the Expansion.

Battle chest is $40.

So yeah, just buy the battle chest if you get D2.

Just under-complicate it, and get the d2 battle chest. The game is great, and if u need someone to help you out, in the game, i guess i could try. PM me if u get it.
