it depends on the mission, but what me and Z3RO-Yagami did was join quests that other ppl made, in the picture above it was "kousuke" who made it.
but to tell if you can make it a group mission, if you click left on the "参加者" [participants] option and you can change it from "1人" to "2, 3 or 4人", then they are.
People who join your mission appears in orange and before you departure, make sure the "script" symbol is flashing next to their name.
Ah so thats what it is, thanks alot, is there a list with all the "real money weapons"?
