I have 2 problems-
When I download it on a different admin account it says I'm missing a key, while on this admin account it gives me access denied. I'm using a disc I ORDERED, so I got no idea why the hell it isn't working.

missing a key? Is your windows genuine? (was the CD you ordered the Service pack or Windows itself?) (don't feel bad, mine isn't
