Using Zbrush as a 3d modeler for games is extremely stupid. The aim for a model in a game is to have the LEAST amount of polygons while archieving the highest amount of detail (significantly the use of textures), Zbrush plainly spams your model with as many polygons as it can, some models having over 5 MILLION polygons.
Yes, Zbrush is great for details and easily created models, but it was NOT intended to create a model from within the program from scratch then put straight into a game. Zbrush is generally used for demo reels, features or stills.
