This is the Great sword I'm currently using (ブレイズブレイド), but next upgrade I want is (アッパーブレイズ) which one of the item requirement is 火竜の翼爪x5

Zazami should be available at either HR4 or HR5, I forget which one.
火竜の翼爪 = Rathian Wing Claw (Hit her wings until the claws on them chip off, you get 2 or so in the rewards).
Earliest Rathian fight is HR11 I believe, I haven't played in forever so my memory is a bit fuzzy.
