Are you playing the Malay server or the USA version.

If Malay, then I suggest you play the one on

http://ghost.netgame.com/

If you are a user from Europe then I am not too sure if Netgame provides an IP Block to European Countries or other Countries.

Your area could possible have trouble contacting the Malaysian server. I recommend that you atleast attempt to log in the USA server.

If you are not willing to do so, so be it. I cannot help you any further.
