Either get proper permision form the company that is in posesion of avatar or make an 'avatar inspsired' game (use differant names/items but keep the same kind of theme)

Thank you for telling me things that I already knew. I did post that I understood all copyright issues beforehand.
On another note, leaching off someone else's idea would be trying to pass their product off as our own. In our case, that is not the case (I like the way that sounds

but back to the subject). We're just trying to create a game in which avatar fans can immerse themselves deeper within. I mean if I was going to still an idea I would at least want to make some form of profit don't you think?
