I don't think that this type of post is a joke. However, I do think that they are all posted by 12 y.o's who have NO understanding of how game development works and speands 20mins thinking up some dumb idea which just steals bits of other games and crushes them together to form some sort of cross bread freak of a game idea.

I have NO respect for anyone that doesn't atleast get some concepts/models/programming done before trying to recruit people. Or for people who attempt to create indie teams but have none of the core skills required to actualy make a game.
