what the hell is it for? a quest or something?? theres like nothing up there... i was wondering, whats the point of it.

i think it was a od quest that was deleted but they left the moon platform so noobs will waste there money going there.

It is used as part of one quest, but mainly i guess it is for "couples" if you know what i mean lol or just as a place to meet up.
