Dumplings, dirty rice.
Dumplings:
Flour
Salt
(preferably cold) Water
Kneed until firm (but not hard)
Break into separate pieces, and then shape them like disks.
I.E. (actual size):

Place salt in a pot of water, then let boil until hot.
Put the finished dumplings inside
let cook for 25 minutes on high, 40 minutes on low-medium.
