Heres the picture, look at the top of the browser. This isnt even the worse part, imagine that but all over the entire screen AND it freezes. can't see shit.
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e3...ompProblem.jpg ![]() Theres something wrong with my pc, part of the screen will look all messed up like the picture will be messed up with all the colors in different pixalated colors. and then it will also freeze sometimes and the entire moniter screen is a unrecognizable picture of a whole bunch of colors. i've gone to gateways support but they haven't helped me at all, and they keep telling me to try other things until i get a repair.. has anyone ever experienced this? what do you thinks the problem. I've had my monitor for my..3rd year? It's gotten wipped against a wall, smashed on the floor and it's still in AWESOME condition. Like seriously. Not a single scratch and perfect visualization. |

i think its the desktop because it will also freeze completely with this odd picture, plus the picture usually tends to cover up the top of the browser. |

Before booting into Windows, try entering the BIOS (preferably) or Safe Mode and see if the tearing happens there.
If it doesn't, then the revolutionary operating system known as Microsoft Windows Vista is probably to blame. |
