Appearance:Young male in his early thirties. Very fast on his feet, but not the brightest of the bunch. Brown hair and hazel eyes. He is a around 5'10" and weighs only 130 pounds.
Abilitys : Levitating of rocks and boulders. Small Landslide capalblities.
History: Born into a very poor family Jeff learned to take care of himself fast. It was a tough neighborhood and he needed to be fast to get away sometimes. Not always the best at school but did manage to finish high school and move with his life. Was a stunt man for about a year. With no where else to turn he joined up.
Personality: Somewhat stupid courage and the love of adrenaline pumping through you.
Weapons of choice: Longer knife type weapon and a simple assault rifle.
