I don't know the exact formula for ME, however there is a complete thread just for it on Sleepywood.net/forums.
Simply go there and click on the Search tab, and search for Meso Explosion or ME damage/formula.
Or you could go to the forums, Thieves Hunting Grounds Section, and then search Meso Explosion.
