Not sure if there's a more proper section for this,but whatever.

So I was looking in some dead thread on here(I didn't want to bump it) and it said that a guest account would have a level cap. I want to know what it is,'cause I don't want to be all excited about getting 2nd job only to be stopped at level 19.
