Native? I'm going to be Native?

Sorry, I'm not Native American.

But, I'm not sure where you live, but where I live (In West Virginia, give me a break, if this place gets it right I guarantee everywhere else does) they ask you for ID when buying M games.

You're assuming that simply because local shops break the rules that everyone does. In the larger cities, I'd say that they do enforce the said laws. Obviously, if you look like you're 40, they won't most likely, but I'm 17, and I've always been asked for ID, and I don't look young, or old.

And sorry for the flaming earlier. I had just gotten done watching that Fox News thing on Mass Effect, and it had annoyed me, lol.

Also, it shouldn't be up to the developer to police it's game. It's not there to babysit people and watch like a hawk who's playing. It should have it's age restrictions and what-not, but it's up to the PARENTS to control what their kid plays. There's NO excuse for anyone under 15 to be playing this game. (Once you're 15, you're in high school and should be mature enough for blood and tits. It pisses me off every time somebody blames the developer, and cries foul to the govt. LET PARENTS BE ****ING PARENTS. Video games aren't babysitting tools, but they're being used like ones because parents don't want to be parents at times, and it's wrong to blame the developers in that situation.
