I'm not sure that would happen. It's not like it's an old Malaysian server changing to a new one. It would be like being able to transfer your korean accounts from a korean MMO to its USA counterpart. It doesn't work that way. And not to be the judge and "allmighty", but level 28 isn't too significant of a level. I got to level 28 on a swordie and lv 22 on a claw assassin in less than a week. If anything, we OnRPGers should set up a nice in-game party and train like hell.
