Some kid at a highschool not far away from mine committed suicide, for some reason

Why is someone committing suicide such a big deal?
Doesn't it happen all the time?

It happens all the time. When I 1st entered boot camp, 1 week into it, someone from another company, stab and cut his own stomach open with a knife, was rushed to the hospital. Then few weeks later, another 1 tried to commit suicide, jumped off the building (1 storey) 5 times before he finally broke his ankle, was hilarious. There are more attempts .. too many to list..

its no big deal anymore, people just overreact when someone takes there own life, and i fail to see what kind of person has a faked up enough life to do this.
Random person: "my boyfriend/girlfriend dumped me so now ill kill myself"
that's a good enough reason for this crap to happen
on the other hand, the only way i would EVER kill myself is if i was getting torn limb from limb by zeds and i had one bullet left in my .9mm....

Anyway, suicide is a sad sad sad thing. It's no laughing matter.
