I'm downloading the Game atm, and saw in a Forum, that you have to pay, if want to get above lvl 20...

Is it true?

This is untrue now adays if i recall.. They used to do this then went completely free to play awhile after they were out.... They lifted limits and stuff after awhile im pretty sure i'll double check on that.... (the US version is sword of the new world etc.... so i dunno about the others versions of the game but the US version is P2P with cash shop now...)

the us is completely free with cash shop and u can go pass level 20 no worries

Yep, it's F2P with cash shop, That level 20 thing was the limit for free users back when it was in P2P. That was a long time ago.
