Since omega 3 is wonders for the brain I was wondering who here had used one before.

Does it have great effects on you?

And please correct my English. I am struggling in my English class as we speak.

I used to be all serious business about this.

I don't anymore, but I did for a while. If it does anything, odds are its just a placebo effect.

Oddly enough, I give fish oil to my dog.

I've taken it for about a month. Then I stopped because of the taste.

I take Fish Oil with a sweet juice (Simply Apple, Tropicana, etc).

I've used it since I was in the 7th grade, it works decently for me. I can stay focused without much distraction.

I ate fish for it, but every bit of Omega3 I got was countered by copper poison and stuff.
