Default Downloading videos from Megavideo

Quick question:
How do I download videos from Megavideo without a premium account?

I know that there's clipnabber and the megavideo downloader, but non of both does actually work. Clipnabber gives me some kind of error and the megavideo downloader doesn't start downloading.
I also know that you can download the videos after they've fully loaded but that's not what I want.

Is there any other way of downloading?
Thanks in advance

FlashGet (download manager) can download any video from any website, it gets rather annoying lol, try it out

if you are using firefox, there are a few add-on that enable you to download video from most steam site. the add-on that i am using is video downloadhelper 3.3(its free to use).

You can try Magic's Video - Downloader...it throws a little arrow in the very bottom right corner of your browser; it turns green when theres something on the page for it to download.

I got it for "Gametrailers", but then found out Gametrailers has a download button under their videos. Doh. I kept it because it works on various other sites as well.

I got flashget, but I don't know how to download videos with it. Can you explain, please?

And check that addon later out, noobie500. Thanks.
Oister, does that program work on Megavideo as well? I'd love to know that before downloading it :P. <3

well everytime i keep my mouse cursor on the screen of the video, a little grey box pops up with the FlashGet icon on it, meaning that i can download it, i'll see if i can find it somewhere at the options, maybe you have it disabled

Edit: try opening FLashGet, then go to ''Extra'' on top of the screen, then select ''Options'' then on the left side you will see ''Monitor'' click on that and then select every box except for ''Use ALT key'' and ''Wild Match''.. hope that helps, not sure though

Well, altough I don't think you get full-quality by doing this, the movie is actually already downloaded on your comp, once it's finished streaming. At least when you're using IE.
Just go to tools, alternatives, and open the temporary internet files folder. You'll find the megavid file there. This will either show up as just "file", or "FLV", but in any case, it's an "FLV". If it says File, just put ".flv" at the end of the name after you copy it to a folder or to the desktop.

FLV files can be converted into regular videofiles using pretty much any up-to-date video-converting software. If you have Veoh-player, you don't even need to convert it. You can just drag and drop into the Veoh library, and watch it with veoh player.

Thread is probably going to get locked but oh well. I have a question too, how do I download from megaupload without a premium account, I don't wait to wait and I don't want to buy an account. I've tried about 6+ methods, all of them failing or resulting in a 20 Kb/s download speed.
