Nothing yet i dont think but replicant was saying something about how if they did release a new race they'd probably pick skaven

Yup, no real evidence yet, but it would make the most sense. Plus Barnett and Jacobs have mentioned them slightly for expansion potential back in beta.

I'm hoping for Bretonnia and Skavens.

on WHA it has been talked about since they officially release what races would be in. Skaven was thought to be the next one but no real idea for Order. People said the biggest choices would be finding unique classes in Skaven which from what I have heard isn't that difficult. I believe Skaven will be in the first expansion, but I am hoping we get a few classes from the original races as well so that those areas don't die out (when new people level up).

IMO the most logical choices for new races would be Skaven (Destrustion) and Lizardmen (Order) in the expansion. I think they would add a very nice flavor to the game with their unique settings. Wood Elf (Order) is another idea, but I would find it a cop-out decision to add them.

As for new classes for old races I agree as well. I do like the rumor that after KOTBS and BG come in that they are weighing the other 2 classes out. Meaning that if they bring in Orc Choppa they will make a Order mirror class (Think Dwarven Slayer) and if they bring in Dwarven Hammerer they will make a mirror class for it as well instead of releasing the OC and DH at same time.

Well I've got meself a Skaven skin cloak, I can turn into them little rats. People start freaking out when i use the skill. I could literaly stand infront of my enemys and walk past as they just look at me in confusion.
